I just noticed, I miscounted my days! I have an extra day, youpi!
7:35 - Body woke up with some pain
7:37 - scale is broken
After all that hunger pain and exercise yesterday, we are up by 2 oz. For all our sakes, Mind is pretending that Body has either developed massive muscles, or is inflammed!
9:00 - swimming pool, steam room
10:00 - a pear (missing my hardboiled eggs — cholesterol intake)
13:00 - read an interesting article that my friend sent me
According to researchers, there are two types of well-beings; eudiamonic and hedonic.
Apparently, the latter, causes inflammation in the body. In order to have stronger immune cells, experts advise us to work towards a greater, more meaningful cause than ourselves.
I admit, I do have a weak altruistic gene. But then, I give 150 percent of myself to my students. I'm even thinking about them right now! I do favours for people, and I help (sometimes) the homeless. Must I do more? Perhaps, if I want to rid myself of inflammation, and lose weight!
