Honour Thy Body - Renaissance Project Medical Science

Dear friends,
As Common Sense got hold of Mind, she had no choice but to follow Body around town, from one medical office to the next.

  7:30 - left the house

15:18 -  a thoroughly honoured Body returned home; x-rays, laboratories, osteopath, dentist, and a referral for a TMJ clinic. 
Although we stopped for Starbuck's "Protein Bistro Box" and later, two Perrier with a friend, the morning was spent in waiting rooms of health practitioners. 
Mind and Common Sense bonded over examining the black box. In order to prevent another crash in the future, they made the following recommendations, for immediate consideration and long term solution:
-limit weight watching to twice a week 
-always keep healthy food options handy (in the cupboards, fridge and purse)
-only two restaurant meals per week (not in the same day)
-only one glass of wine per day (9oz, of course) 
-watch posture if must blog
-wear night guard if must grind teeth
-buy appropriate desk and chair if must write 
-when in doubt, in pain or in over your head, go shopping — better the bank account than the health
Most importantly, give everybody a break, once in a while! Life can get too long!
