Honour Thy Body - Renaissance Project Fed Up with Body!

Dear Friends,
I'm at loss with honouring Body! I thought yesterday was a very harmonious day! Alas, other people's lives don't make me miserable, my own body is!

5:35 - not one, but two cramps, one in each calf, woke up Body
7:30 - left hand had to help the right shoulder out of bed
What caused all this pain, Mind wondered. "The workout? The removal of the kinesiology tapes, or the one-hand tapping on the MacBook?"
9:30 - back to the pool, steam room
12:45 - another cold soup à la Lili; kale, tomato, beet, cucumber, ginger, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and a handful of chia seeds (a handful of chopped walnuts would've been tastier)

14:00 -16:00 - Internet - Google Search

Extensive reading on leg cramps reassured me that putting up my feet wasn't amongst culprits. However, dehydration, calcium deficiency, lack of stretching before and after exercising were!
Unfortunately, not many remedies for degenerative changes!
39 days left to get it right!
