Dear Friends,
No matter how much I weigh at bedtime I'm always 2 pounds lighter the morning after. Thus, I've started weighing myself at night as well!
6:35 - still 3.4 pounds to go!
8:00 - 2 microwaved eggs
10:45 - pushing granddaughters double stroller uphill
12:10 - salad for lunch (resisted both the pizza and the ice cream)
13:15 - couldn't resist 4 for $1.40 shot glasses at the neighbourhood discount store
15:00 - on the way home, stopped at the liquor store
16:19 - bartending homework - recipes and practicum
17:30 - unsuccessful shooter pouring (layering) led to throwing everything in the shaker and enjoying 3.5 oz of delicious alcohol!
19:00 - obviously, kale salad for dinner
20:13 - back to the sink wasting water, working towards 10 out of 10 free-pour accuracy
I can't believe we are dipping into single-digits already — 9!
