Honour Thy Body - Renaissance Project Lilibody-friendly!

Dear Friends,
Body didn't wake up without grievances! The two early morning cramps, one in each leg, were most probably courtesy of dehydration. And the weight gain? Starbucks protein bistro box, lack of movement, sample cocktails, late dinner, and of course water retention! 

  9:00 - swimming pool, steam room
10:30 - temporary insanity 
I defrosted an Iranian rice dish with meat and cabbage, and gobbled it down with pickled garlic. It felt awesome! I'm hoping the "homemadeness" of the meal, can prevail its calories and inflammatory properties.  
14:00 - a long, very long walk and lots of water
16:00 - stopped for lean, mean chicken breasts, vegetables, fruits and a few other necessary items
17:00 - lined up my newly purchased bar tools on the breakfast counter, to practise 
19:00 - Although the eye hasn't mastered the art of "free-pour" yet, the right shoulder is already complaining about turning bottles upside down by their necks. Perhaps, I shouldn't have cancelled my physiotherapy sessions for this week. 

14 days left to find "Lilibody-friendly" activities.
