Dear Friends,
This morning, Mind and Body welcomed the return of routines, at 7:35am.
7:38 - still afraid of facing the scale
9:00 - swimming pool, steam room
10:30 - 2 hardboiled eggs, a cup of dandelion tea
12:00 - Mind stopped fighting and sat with Body to watch two movies.
16:30 - grilled chicken breast, kale salad
17:00 - Mind made a sad attempt to work on lesson plans for September
20:50 - watched two more movies, while snacking on Brazil nuts and raspberries
21:00 - Both Mind and Body are ready to go to bed
With only 22 days left, and still many territories to cover, anxiety is beginning to poke out its head.
